Easter Saturday sees both Eagles’ sides play away, with the 1st team at Longridge, and the reserves making the trip upto Wyre Villa.
Simon Whaley’s men will no doubt be buoyed after last Saturday’s great comeback against high flyers Blackpool Wrens, but it’s another tough game they face against the strong Preston outfit. And if a point is on offer I’m sure the Dunscar men would gladly take it!
Meanwhile, the reserves make the slightly longer trip to the Poulton -le – Fylde side in search of a win after last week’s defeat to neighbours CMB. Craig Coote and Oli Clarke’s men hit their first defeat last week after getting off to a good winning start, but with some excellent youngsters coming up through the Eagley ranks it can only be positive no matter what the result is, as the club continues to progress in the right direction.
Easter Monday sees only the 1st team play where they entertain Southport Hesketh with a 3pm kick off.
