Eagley Football Club are delighted to announce a new partnership agreement between themselves and Sharples School.
Both organisations pride themselves on being an integral part of developing the local community and see this agreement as a great way to expand this even further.
The partnership will primarily see both organisations share their fantastic sporting facilities and increasing the opportunities for the children and adults from the local area.
As part of the agreement Sharples School will provide Eagley with exclusive access to their three quality football pitches at weekend allowing the opportunity for the club to extend its number of junior teams. The school will also keep its pupils and parents informed in the ongoing development of the club and offer opportunities to get involved.
Eagley will be using their experience to assist the school in developing the quality of their playing surfaces and improving the goal posts as well as opening up their facilities for Sharples pupils to experience other sports including tennis and cricket.
Mark Foster the club secretary is delighted with the agreement, “This partnership with Sharples School is a big step in the ongoing development of Eagley Football Club. Both organisations possess the same desire to strengthen their links with the local community and provide as many sporting opportunities as possible.“
